The Berlingo is a common
MPV from Citroen, renown for it's economical engine range, spacious room inside and being a great workhorse. The 1.6 HDI Berlingo is the most commonly converted derivative featuring fuel economy of between 45 to 50mpg and road fund license typically around the £130-150 mark per annum. We see both automatic and manual versions of the Berlingo, with seating for 3 to 5 occupants.
Many of the major
conversion companies such as Automotive, Allied, GM and Constables & Gleneagles all offer conversion options which we see regularly from our
ex Motability sources.
Common features on the Citroen Berlingo include full rear ramp fitment, electronic winches, parking sensors and privacy glass. Ramp widths can vary between 29 inch and 21 inches, with a typical head height of 55 inches. The Citroen Berlingo offers a spacious interior which can accommodate the vast majority of wheelchairs and smaller scooters.
